Prisoners are dying at the Ogden Correctional Institution, a prison where a corrupt Warden has taken justice and business into his own hands. In the bowels of this prison, an underground fighting society has been formed. The Circuit is flourishing until investigative reporter Nicole Kent is thrown into the mix, and into Pike's cell where she is viciously attacked and left for dead. Enter Dirk Longstreet. The Circuit III: Street Monk
Following his wife's untimely death, Dirk Longstreet adopts a nomadic lifestyle. He preoccupies himself with surfing, and makes ends meet by participating in brutal underground brawls. Longstreet's leisurely lifestyle is abruptly interrupted when a young girl sold into slavery seeks the fighter's assistance. The child's former captors want her back, and Dirk is prepared to annihilate whoever gets in his way.
