Allison Carter (Tina Krause) is a psychic who can experience the last few hours of a person’s life by just touching them. She literally takes their place and experiences exactly what they did. In “The Laughing Strangler”, a friend (Pamela Sutch) is murdered and Allison learns who the killer is. But he captures her and she finds herself chained to a table and about to be sliced in half with a sword. Will she be rescued in time? Barbara Joyce, Debbie D, and Laura Giglio co-star as the unfortunate victims who find themselves chloroformed, bound and gagged, and completely helpless as the deranged killer does to them exactly what he pleases! Barbara tries to escape, but she´s foiled in her attempt, and instead, finds herself handcuffed to a tree with a bomb set to go off in 10 minutes. Debbie plays a bar owner who’s renovating her business and who are attacked and captured. She´s completely helpless as the killer unmercifully taunts her. Laura plays a cop who sees Debbie’s predicament only to become a victim herself. Laura is chloroformed, bound and gagged, and threatened by the killer. Then Debbie and Laura are forced to play strip hi-low with the loser having her top taken off. Will any of them survive?

Contains three stories. In "Car Trouble," two hapless motorists who go to the wrong house for help and end up the prisoners of a psychotic killer! In "Secret Agent Murders," two agents learn a deadly secret about their boss and are targeted for murder. In "George's Daydreams," George plans to murder three women after they humiliate him at a bar.

In "The Model Killer," two models are chloroformed, tied and gagged by a photographer after refusing his offer of an "adult photo shoot." In "The Poolside Murders," two friends ridicule a salesman who then comes back and "teaches them a lesson."

A madman chloroforms and kidnaps six beautiful women, takes him to his dungeon and tests their blood for an antibody which he believes will help keep him alive.

A vengeful doctor uses hypnosis to turn a young woman into an instrument of revenge to use against his unfaithful wife and her lover.

Big Mike is back (from his exploits in Strangled 4) and he's been hired to eliminate three of the underworld's most uncooperative members... or anyone else who gets in the way.
