About this movie

Hakuryu, a.k.a. Tatsuya Shirakawa, acting head of the Kurosu clan, accidentally rescues a woman who has escaped from a life of drug addiction. The woman was a delirious woman who dealt with a political tycoon. As a sanction against the traitor, a pursuit team is sent in, and it turns out that Narisawa, who controls the national government and is known as a "dictator," is behind it....
